Levi spent years leading program management at a UX research firm that studies how people actually use AI products: hundreds of hours watching real businesses and real users adopt these tools, and seeing exactly where rollouts stick and where they stall.
Eight years of managing teams and programs sit behind that, many of them fully remote, alongside research into AI adoption across a wide range of industries: automotive, education, and clinical work among them. The throughline is the same everywhere: understand how the work actually gets done, then improve it without breaking what already works.
