What the half day on site looks like
Every visit follows the same shape. Here is how the half day at your business will go.

First 30 minutes
We sit down with the owner and whoever runs the day to day. We ask where the week goes, what gets re-typed, and what gets chased. We are not selling anything yet. We are listening.

Hours one and two
We watch the work. Someone builds a quote. Someone answers the inbox. Someone moves a job from the calendar to the invoice. We write down every step, including the workarounds your team stopped noticing years ago.

Hour three
We sort what we found. Each problem gets matched to the right fix: an AI tool, an automation, a small piece of software, or a simpler process. Some will not be worth fixing. We say so.

Last hour
We build one quick win together, with the person who will use it sitting next to us. You leave the half day with a ranked list and one change already working.

Quoting
Quotes that take an evening to write go out late or not at all. We look at where the numbers come from, how they get into the document, and how much of that a template, a pricing sheet, or an AI draft could handle before a human checks it.

Leads that nobody called back. Invoices that nobody chased. Reviews that nobody asked for. Follow-up is the easiest thing to automate and the first thing to slip when the week gets busy.

Scheduling
Jobs on a whiteboard, a shared calendar, and a text thread at the same time. We find the one place the schedule should live and connect the other tools to it, so nobody types the same appointment three times.

Re-keying the same data into QuickBooks, a spreadsheet, and an email. Timesheets collected by hand. Reports assembled on Friday afternoon. This is where most of the recoverable hours sit for a 5 to 100 person business.
Where we work in person
Salt Lake County
Salt Lake City is the center of what we do. Downtown offices, the industrial blocks west of I-15, and the shops along State Street are all a short drive. We also cover the south end of the valley, including Sandy, South Jordan, and Draper, where a lot of the contractors and home-service companies we want to work with are based.
Davis County
We are based in North Salt Lake. Most Davis County visits are a 20 minute drive. Bountiful, Farmington, Kaysville, and Layton are home turf, and Davis County businesses get the quickest scheduling we can offer. If you are near Hill Air Force Base or the Station Park area, we are closer than you think.
Weber County
Ogden is about 40 minutes up I-15 from us. The manufacturing and logistics companies around the Business Depot, the practices near McKay-Dee, and the small businesses along 25th Street are all within a normal half-day visit.
Utah County
Lehi, Orem, and Provo are a longer drive, but we make it. Utah County has plenty of software companies and plenty of consultants chasing them. We are more interested in the contractors, clinics, and family businesses down the road from Silicon Slopes that nobody is calling.
Park City
Up Parleys Canyon in about 45 minutes. Property managers, lodging operators, and seasonal service businesses in Summit County have a scheduling and follow-up load that swings hard with the season, which makes them a good fit for the work we do.
Travel is included anywhere in Salt Lake and Davis counties. Further out, we quote the travel cost before you book.

The Wasatch Front runs on trades and services. Plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, roofers, and landscapers make up a big share of the businesses between Ogden and Lehi, and the building boom in Davis and Utah counties keeps them busy. The question they bring us is almost always the same: how do we quote faster and stop losing leads in the inbox.
Dental offices, physical therapy clinics, and small medical practices ask about intake forms, appointment reminders, and the insurance paperwork that eats the front desk's afternoon. In person is our default because the real workflow never matches the org chart. But plenty of businesses are distributed now, and plenty are outside Utah. We have managed remote teams for years. The same half day runs over video: we watch screens instead of desks, and the findings memo and quick win are the same.

Questions we get from Utah businesses
Do you need our street address to come on site?
Only once we book the visit. The intro call is remote, and we do not need anything from you to have it. When we schedule the half day, we ask for the address, a parking note, and who will be in the room.
What does the first visit cost?
From $750 for the half day. That covers the findings memo and one quick win built before we leave. Travel is included anywhere in Salt Lake and Davis counties. Further out, we quote the travel cost before you book.
Do you work with businesses outside Utah?
Yes. The assessment, the sprint, and training all run over video for remote and distributed teams. We have managed remote teams for years and use the same process: watch the work, rank the fixes, build one together.
Do we need to buy any software first?
No. Bring what you already use. Most of what we recommend in a first visit runs on tools you already pay for, like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365. If something new is worth buying, we say so and explain why, and we never take referral fees.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within two weeks of the intro call. Book the call, and we will confirm a date on it. We reply to the contact form within one business day.
